Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

We deliver products across India using trusted courier partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, Xpress Bees, and others to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Orders typically arrive within 4-7 working days. If delivery via courier is not feasible, India Post will be used.

Please note that any delays caused by courier services or India Post are beyond our control.

For defective, damaged, or non-functional products, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery for returns or refunds; claims made beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

For non-functional items, testing proof is required to process claims. Without testing proof, no return or refund claims will be entertained.

If a reverse pickup is arranged, a shipping label will be sent to the customer’s email, which must be affixed to the original packaging. Refunds or replacements will be initiated after we receive the returned product.

Return and warranty details are mentioned on individual product pages, and returns are accepted for incorrect product deliveries if reported within 7 days with original packaging.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. However, if an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be processed within 10 working days.

In case of payment failure or cancellation where the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
