- Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Store-Initiated Cancellation: In rare cases (e.g., stock unavailability or payment issues), we may cancel your order. A full refund will be issued immediately.
- Refunds for Canceled Orders: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
- Payment Failure: If the amount is deducted due to a failed transaction, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
