At Fliqmart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window:

Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of delivery for any reason, including defective, damaged, incorrect, or simply unwanted non-defective products. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Return:

Products must be returned in their original, unused, and resellable condition, along with the original packaging, all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase. The product condition for return is New only.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If the product is defective or damaged, we will process an exchange for the same item upon availability. Please specify your preference for an exchange when submitting your request.

Return Process:

Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Please ensure the package is ready to be handed over to the courier partner.

Refund & Exchange Timeline:

Refunds or replacements/exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.
• Exchanges will be shipped out within 3-5 working days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
